HR Generalist

Asset Living is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading and implementing HR policies and practices to ensure compliance and support the organization's growth.

Responsibilities

Train new or newly promoted supervisors
Ensure HR documents are up to date
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
Handle internal employee relations

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
2+ years of HR Generalist experience preferred
PHR or SPHR certification preferred
