Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for property leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

Responsibilities
- Show, lease, and move in prospective residents
- Conduct property tours and sign leases
- Complete all leasing paperwork needed before move-in
- Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process
- Maintain accurate prospect traffic data and respond to leads promptly
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve leasing goals
- Assist in developing resident retention programs
- Contribute to office and property upkeep
- Assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and complete market surveys
- Manage customer service and resident relations
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
