• Design and deliver training programs aligning with company goals
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and collect feedback for improvements
• Build relationships with employees and act as a talent strategy advisor
• Analyze training impact on performance and goals
• Support mid-year and year-end performance review process
• Implement culture and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with leaders and track ongoing development needs
• Work on projects for continuous improvement in talent development

Education

• Minimum of two years experience in talent development or training role
• Proven track record of achieving results in fast-paced environments
