Asset Manager

DLP Multifamily is looking for an Asset Manager to lead and execute asset and investment activities, ensuring high property performance and adding value to the portfolio while focusing on workforce housing.

Responsibilities

Monitor and report on investment and property performance
Conduct regular property visits
Perform financial analysis including operating statements and budget variance reviews
Develop Success Action Plans for underperforming assets
Research and recommend innovative strategies for performance

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field
Relevant certifications (CFA, CPM) preferred
