Assistant Account Manager

Based in Lancaster, PA, Clark Associates has been disrupting the Food Service industry for over 50 years. Clark Pro is looking to grow its Account Management team. The Assistant Account Manager position plays a key role in establishing and maintaining the relationships with our customers and contributes to the overall success of an account. These individuals support the Account Managers with their customers' daily ordering needs, product research, user setup and other projects as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works diligently with account managers on customer questions and projects
• Assists with building quotes, order guides and project lists
• Collaborates with internal teams on addressing order/item issues
• Coordinates samples to customers
• Assists with new user setup
• Special projects as needed
