Assistant Center Director

We are looking for a candidate who wants to make a difference in people's lives. At Brain Balance, we work with students ages 4-22 who may be struggling with social, behavioral, or academic challenges. Our holistic approach addresses the root cause of a student's symptoms. We then create an individualized plan that gives students the connections and tools they need to unlock their true potential. This diverse role requires excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be interacting with students, parents, and staff. We will train you to coach, assess, take inquiry calls, and manage the front office.

Requirements, skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree
• Confident presentation, communication, and listening skills
• Excellent customer service mindset with outgoing personality
• Ability to focus on details
• Have the desire, patience, and ability to work with school-aged children
• Must be available MWF 11-7:30 p.m. and T/TH 10:00-6:00
