Assistant Director for Compliance
Coastal Carolina University is currently accepting applications for the following position: Assistant Director for Compliance in the President’s Office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain submission of recruiting official visit forms, contact and evaluation logs, playing and practice logs, and regulations in the ARMS software system.
- Assist with monitoring athletics squad lists for all athletic teams and update software systems as needed.
- Monitor initial eligibility certification with the NCAA Eligibility Center.
- Assist with the administering and overseeing of the National Letter of Intent program.
- Participate in campus wide NCAA rules education program and NCAA rules interpretations.
- Perform preliminary evaluations on all prospective student-athletes and input into ARMS software.
- Assist with monitoring of athletic program practices.
- Manage tryout processes for all athletic teams.
- Assist Director of Compliance as assistant liaison between athletic department and other various campus departments (Admissions, University Housing and University Bookstore).
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree and relevant NCAA athletics compliance experience is required.

Student Services Program Coordinator I (CB65/61121718/FTE-S00886P), full-time position with benefits. SC State Pay Band: 04. Salary range: $31,561.00 (minimum) – $44,977.00 (midpoint). Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Normal work hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Must be flexible to meet the special scheduling needs of the university. Position may require some evenings and weekends.
