Assistant Distribution Pick/Pack ManagerPay: $22-25/hour in New Hope MN

Assistant Distribution Pick/Pack Manager Shift : 9:00AM-5:00PM M-F (OT possible)

Assistant Distribution Pick/Pack Manager Job Overview: This position will spend 80% of the time picking and packing product for shipment and 20% of the time supervising, training and developing approximately 10 employees.

Assistant Distribution Pick/Pack Manager Key Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year distribution/pick pack experience
Minimum of 6 months of direct supervisory experience including training and developing employees
Willing to work alongside your team, helping to pick/pack product
Able to lead in a way that will earn respect from long term employees
Able to lift up to 30lbs

Assistant Distribution Pick/Pack Manager Job Duties:

Direct and Coordinate daily activities with Distribution Manager
Over-all knowledge and responsibilities of daily operations
Pull, pack, ship and receive orders
Provides input to Manager on the overall layout and organization of the warehouse
Sets a positive example regarding all company guidelines, policies and programs
Exhibits sound decision making skills
Assists with the interviewing, hiring and training employees
Demonstrates a positive attitude and work ethic
Maintains positive relationships with FedEx\UPS and trucking company representatives
Participates in staff meetings and keeps staff updated on all changes and necessary information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
