Job Description
Assistant Investor’s role is to gain an understanding of the audio and video landscape and negotiation process that will ultimately lead to advancement to an Investor in audio and video. This includes marketplace trends and a holistic top-line view of all audio and video platforms including AM/FM radio, digital audio, satellite, podcasting, cable, broadcast television, and digital video.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include ordering & confirming orders, handling makegoods, monitoring placement of scheduled spots, maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.
Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system.
Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post buy in small markets.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work or internship experience
Proficiency working within Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and Strata View & SBMS
Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, good communication skills, ability to recognize problems & identify solutions, willingness to learn & grow

Salary Range
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure/certifications, and equity.
