Job Description:
Future of work Mandate 2 –
Under mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up.
**In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to the office during which employees are expected to oblige.
Roles & responsibilities:
Strategizing the end-to-end lead management process and proactively driving the conversion
Interfacing with corporate clients and solving their requirements by offering the right corporate solutions
Relationship building and handling of key corporate accounts for Swiggy Corporate
Negotiating commercials based on guardrails setup and converting the client
End-to-end execution of campaigns - BD to delivery and post-sales support
Interface with cross-functional teams - legal, finance, engineering, and product ops for campaign execution
Ensuring high-quality CX for clients
Business reporting of weekly, and monthly client funnel movement
Requirements:
The high degree of ownership, a bias for action, and relationship-building acumen
Influencing and listening skills are core requisites for the role
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Experience negotiating commercials
5+ Years in a B2B Sales environment
