Assistant Manager, E-commerce

Position Summary:

The e-commerce assistant manager will manage and optimize operation of web and wechat store. This role also needs to improve user experience design on the booking platforms, and implement new functions together with IT. In addition, he/she will assist the e-commerce manager to organize social campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation of official WeChat Store (Mini Program) and website.
  • Plan activities and social campaigns that align business goals, including sales growth, member engagement, etc..
  • Analyze data such as sales performance and customer behavior, to develop plans for conversion improvement and UED (user experience design) optimization.
  • Track traffic data and provide insights to optimize media investment.
  • Assist to formulate annual, quarterly and monthly plans including traffic acquisition plan, sales plan and campaign plans.
  • Work closely with various departments, such as Marketing team, IT team, Revenue team and manage external vendors who support the operation on WeChat Store and web.
  • Develop and implement strategies for live streaming.
  • Manage good relationship with key influencers, and track

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in e-commerce field, travel industry preferred
  • Familiar with website operation and optimization. Familiar with WeChat mini-program operations.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Dedication to work, willing to start up a brand new business and team, aggressive attitude will be extremely important.
  • In-depth knowledge of web developing, maintenance and operation.
  • Demonstrate the passion to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets both individually and within the team.
  • Strong communication skills, able to bring the team with positive influence.
  • Willing to accept the challenge and pressure
  • Problem solving and multi-task skills, willing to cooperate with other departments
  • Ability to collaborate, partner and influence people up, down and across the organization.
