To support the efforts of the Store Leader and lead by example ensuring a quality service experience for our customers in a profitable manner for Kwik Trip, Inc. by working opposite the Store Leader’s hours. Assist with daily operations, coworker recruitment, training and supervision, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring that the highest level of customer service is consistently being provided by all coworkers. Assist in maintaining a quality store image by providing a clean store, having quality products in-stock, and being responsive to community needs. Receive training in all areas of store leadership in order to cover any management absences.
