The Assistant Plant Manager is an employee of Owens-Illinois (O-I) working at the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company (RMBC.) In this role you will be accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing activities. You will focus on continuous plant improvement to meet manufacturing objectives with an emphasis on customer quality and customer service. This position reports to the Plant Manager and works closely with the operational teams.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $112,000 and $162,000 and includes a possible 15% quarterly incentive bonus that can pay out up to 200% based on performance. Cost of Living Adjustment and Sign-On Bonus opportunities are possible as well depending upon the locations. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
