Assistant Product Manager - job 1 of 2

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a collaborative, creative, organized Assistant Product Manager to join our Card Services Division. In this role, you’ll contribute to the success of products and the portfolio by providing operational support to product managers to meet acquisition, spend and profitability goals. Responsibilities include acquisition, loyalty program execution, reporting, policies and procedures, customer service, and branch support for the Card Services Division.

The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent work experience required.
• Additional education/coursework in a technical field such as Computer Science, Math, Statistics, etc. a plus.
• 2 years’ experience in retail banking/finance/product management required.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to plan, organize and budget.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines.
