Job Summary
Jenkins Enterprises, an ATI Restoration LLC Company, a leader in restoration, environmental remediation and reconstruction, is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to assist in managing Company Offices in select locations nationwide. Driven by our passion to help people recover from property losses, ATI is poised to witness double-digit year-over-year growth well into the future. The role of Assistant Regional Manager is a pivotal senior management position.
Principal Responsibilities
Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Provides oversight and direction to Project Directors and Project Estimators
- Participates in monthly scorecard meetings
- Oversees QA Assist usage

Provides guidance on local, complex estimates

Participates in Office-wide AR meetings

Assists with overall Branch management, including: project and staff management and operations

Helps ensure quality construction/environmental/restoration standards are used on all jobs
- Assisting with building, maintaining, and developing accounts with large insurance companies, hospitals, property managers, general contractors and other end users

Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations

Hires and develops staff as needed

All other duties or projects as assigned by Regional Manager or Regional Director
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field

Minimum of successful 5 years as Executive Project Director, with minimum of 1 year of management experience

Experience working with Insurance adjusters preferred

Familiarity with construction management process is a plus

IICRC Certifications (e.g. WRT, ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT) is a plus
Competencies:
- Strong communication and relationship skills

Some experience in reading and interpreting financial statements is a plus
- Excellent time and project management skills

Ability to work well under pressure
