Assistant Regional Manager

Job Summary

Principal Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provides oversight and direction to Project Directors and Project Estimators
• Participates in monthly scorecard meetings
• Oversees QA Assist usage
• Provides guidance on local, complex estimates
• Participates in Office-wide AR meetings
• Assists with overall Branch management, including: project and staff management and operations
• Helps ensure quality construction/environmental/restoration standards are used on all jobs
• Assisting with building, maintaining, and developing accounts with large insurance companies, hospitals, property managers, general contractors and other end users
• Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations
• Hires and develops staff as needed
• All other duties or projects as assigned by Regional Manager or Regional Director

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field
• Minimum of successful 5 years as Executive Project Director, with minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Experience working with Insurance adjusters preferred
• Familiarity with construction management process is a plus
• IICRC Certifications (e.g. WRT, ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT) is a plus

• Strong communication and relationship skills
• Some experience in reading and interpreting financial statements is a plus
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
