Senior Recruiter

Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Job Summary:
The Sr. Recruiter will lead the full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing top-tier passive candidates, converting candidates into the interview process, and closing selected candidates, while also cultivating a robust human capital pipeline.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job duties, experience and hiring criteria
  • Post job openings on job sites and on social media
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media networks, online employment forums, employee referrals, etc.
  • Use Boolean and other search options to find qualified candidates
  • Contact industry professionals to ask for referrals and for networking purposes
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Schedule interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Promote the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Collaborate with Human Resources during the offer process to identify recommended salary, incentives, and bonus plans
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Attend and participate in hiring events and other industry events


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and ability to conduct cold calling of passive candidates
  • Identify various recruiting methods for a variety of roles
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
  • Advanced networking skills and negotiation tactics
  • Construction/Restoration/Insurance industry experience highly preferred

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
  • At least five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred
  • Preferred: Executive recruiting experience

Technical Skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google, ATS, Internet, Job boards

Communication Skills - Fluent English, both verbal and written

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and filing cabinets. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential function

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms

Pay Range: $75,000-$90,000 Plus Bonus
