1. Account servicing: Corporate Current Accounts / Fixed Deposit matters. Transactional matters: Fund Transfers / Remittances / Giro / Statement / Cheque Internet Banking / Regional Cash Management System matters 2. Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (Periodic Review / Event Trigger) To assist in collation of information & supporting documents. To assist in preparation of Dashboard. Escalation of approvals. To ensure periodic reviews are done within due dates 3. Customer KYC: To conduct relevant searches in relation to current accounts / transactions. 4. Annual reviews: To track review due dates To collect documents on behalf of RM/BDM 5. Revolving Credit Facilities / Term Loan – Rollover & Settlement To liaise with Borrower & Operation Team on rollover / settlement instructions. 6. Audit confirmation matters. 7. Property valuation matters. 8. Any other customer service matters.
