In order to support our C-level management and to drive important projects we are looking for an Assistant to the CEO / Junior Venture Builder ( all genders ) to join our international team.
You are working directly with our CEO and other C-level managers. This is a great role to be part of our growth and success. With your organisational skills you will guide management through daily business and contribute to the success story of a venture capital backed fintech company.

How will you contribute to our mission?

• Reporting to the CEO, supporting the C-level and the respective growth programme (strategic initiatives, geographic expansion, HR aspects and organization building)
• Ownership of the CEO schedule (and selective further C-levels)
• Selective support to c-levels in travel arrangements and expense management
• Ensure documentation and delivery of the overall task lists from C-level to general management members
• Execution support and reporting of key governance projects, i.e. OKR setting and roll-out
• Selective support in office environment / workplace management or employee- and customer events

To be successful at this position, we think you should have/be:

• Applied experience in a similar executive assistant roles or coming from office-/event management
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Project implementation experience is required
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, German is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of modern office tools such as GSuite, MSOffice etc.
• The ability to remain calm and polite in a environment with multiple priorities
• Experience in working in a professional manner with external providers
• An interest in contributing to our company culture and carry strategic initiatives
• Experience with the OKR framework is an advantage
