Our Los Angeles office is hiring for an experienced Assistant Vice President, Risk Analytics to join our Risk and Credit Group. The primary function of this role is to act as a Risk Manager, focusing on equities, fixed income, derivatives to support the firm’s Prime Brokerage, Capital Markets, Correspondent and Wealth Management Divisions. The Risk Manager will be responsible for monitoring client trading in muti-asset classes and create risk monitoring reports. You will need to design SQL queries and relational databases to carry out daily tasks and automate reports for the risk management department.

Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The hiring salary range for this role is $115,000-$160,000. At Wedbush, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at, or near, the top of the range for their role. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance.
