Excellent work culture. Very diverse workforce. Everyone is very affable & willing to help if you need it. It's a great place to work without the cut-throat politics of bigger Wall Street firms where people try to kill each other to survive, which makes working at Wedbush enjoyable. Wedbush is more of a familial work environment with very supportive colleagues. If you are good at your craft (sales or trading) and are willing to put in the work, then this is a great place to succeed & thrive.Cons
