Essential Job Duties:
1. Direct, organize and administer all aspects of the instruction, practice planning and advisement of assigned student-athlete group
2. Assist head coaches with implementing training programs/practice plans.
3. Actively recruit qualified student athletes
4. Support, respect, and commit to embracing diverse backgrounds, values, and points of view to build a strong and inclusive community
Work Schedule:
Term: Year-round
Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.; regular evening, weekend, and holiday hours required (i.e. games, practices, recruiting activities); travel up to 15% of work schedule, which includes local (Twin Cities metro area) and national travel; overnight trips average 3 trips per year
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 1-2 years of college coaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Master’s Degree or PhD.
Experience: 3+ years of college coaching experience
