Assitant Manager/Manager - Corporate Communications
- An experienced communications professional, proficient in designing and running internal communications campaigns across formats - physical, virtual and hybrid
- Handling media relations for corporate functions including HR & Technology
- Ability to create meaningful and engaging communications campaigns and thought-stimulating content for a multinational employee base spread across the world.
- Sustain engagement, understand employee sentiment and execute key campaigns and key properties
- Ability to manage the intranet on a day-to-day basis and proficiency in handling Content Management Systems
- Drafting clear, concise and high-quality content for the intranet, leadership communications (internal, external and social media), including for MD & CEO.
- Excellent multiple stakeholder management skills
- A self-motivated team player who likes working in a fast-paced business environment
- MBA/PG in Journalism or Mass Communications from a top, reputed institute with around 7-10 years of work experience
- Prefer exp of BFSI/Tech sector
