Senior Product Manager – Cloud-Based Application Delivery Services

We are looking for a hands-on candidate to contribute to & grow the A10 Virtual and Container Application Delivery solutions in the emerging Hybrid and Multi-Cloud markets
You have experience designing, developing, deploying, or operations of Application Delivery services with either large Service Providers, Web 2.0s, or Enterprises
You will be a technical evangelist, promoting your product and solutions to A10 customers, channel & sales, marketing, and working with the engineering team to define and deliver product roadmaps
You have a good understanding of networking and security concepts in one of the Public Clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Container ecosystems
The ideal candidate has in-depth experience with either one or more of the following: Application Delivery Controller (ADC), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), or Web Application Firewall (WAF)

A day in the life:

Engage with field personnel, understand customer requirements, use-cases, and end-user-journey and feed these details to engineering(Dev/QA) via PRDs and Jira requests
Work with solutions architects and technical product marketing to create technical solution briefs and other collateral to enable sales and field engineers
Work closely with product marketing and sales operation teams to launch your product and solutions and create a path for customer adoption
Lead customer engagement by presenting the A10 Cloud Application Delivery Services roadmap in Executive Briefings and customer engagements
Drive product priorities, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies with the Directors and VP of Product Management

What do I need to land this role?

Minimum Bachelor of Engineering/Computer Science with five years of experience with Networking and Security Technologies
Prior experience in a technical role, including engineering, sales engineering, TAC, and Escalation or technical marketing
In-depth technical knowledge of L4-7 Networking, Network Security, Web-security, and Automation
Domain expertise in IP networking, particularly data center networking, application delivery controllers (ADC), Firewalls, other security technologies, and API-based automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
Hands-on experience in setting up lab or production networks
Ability to simplify complex tasks and translate simplification ideas for complex products

Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with sometimes geographically dispersed team members
Ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant multitasking/content switching
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and technical writing skills (English)
Ability to work under limited supervision in defining initial goals and addressing complex issues
Excellent understanding of the industry landscape (competitors and partners)
Highly proficient and thorough understanding of tools and techniques Deployed in IT solutions on Public Cloud
