DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Associate in Jacksonville, FL to ensure the settlement of all previous operations and perform customized day‐to‐day transaction processing functions for Asset Services Utility. Requires a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience performing customized day-to-day transaction processing functions for Asset Services Utility. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience performing Corporate Actions for US Securities, International Securities (Brazil, Canada and European Markets), Private Bonds, Public Bonds in domestic and foreign markets; registering Mandatory Corporate Actions in clients account (stock splits, merger, bonuses); controlling Voluntary Corporate Actions, including informing client subscriptions, performing trade registration, trade enrichment and monitoring, collateral management, settlements monitoring and reporting for the domestic, European and Brazilian markets; capturing and uploading market data, pre‐matching with counterparties, pre‐validating regulatory reports data, monitoring CRM approvals, monitoring and validating fees, asset services, TC control functions, and end‐of‐day routines; determining and monitoring sufficient funds to settle FX Import deals; monitoring and requesting Credit Approval for non-safe settlements; performing trading registration of FX transactions for Arbitrages on Brazilian Central Bank and performing MT300 confirmation; and investigating foreign currencies remittance and coordinating mandatory tax filings.
