Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bid Manager to support our BFSI function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the bid/RFP/Proposal process, coordinating responses, and ensuring that all responses are high-quality and timely. The Bid Manager will work closely with sales, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals and bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the bid process, including identifying and qualifying new opportunities, developing bid responses, and coordinating responses with cross-functional teams.
  • Create high-quality proposals and bids that effectively respond to customer requirements and demonstrate the company's value proposition.
  • Ensure that all proposals and bids are compliant with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to develop winning bid strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide effective bid support.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide feedback to the sales and product teams.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the BFSI industry.
  • Participate in the creation of marketing materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

Requirements:

  • Master/Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
  • 6-10 years of experience in bid management in the BFSI industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its business requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate the bid process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience with CRM software, RFPs, and RFIs.
  • Experience with relevant software technologies such as cloud-based solutions, APIs, and data analytics.
