Job description for technical consultant

1 - Candidate should be Technical Consultant.

2 - Knowledge of SCM, Manufacturing modules is must

3 - Ability to debug the custom code.

4 - Experience in Oracle Apps R12.1.3

5 - Should have good knowledge and must worked in SQL, PLSQL, Forms and Reports

6 - Working experience with cross functional Teams.

7 - Good in customer facing / excellent communication skill

8. Ability to handle Customer weekly / Monthly status meetings

9. Handle escalation with customer if any

10. Knowledge for Incident Management tool Service Now and Job scheduling tool like Appworx will add advantage
