Job Description
160over90 is a global, culturally-led creative agency with expertise across advertising, branding, experiential, brand partnerships, PR and communications. From offices in New York City, Los Angeles, London, Hong Kong and Sydney, 160over90 serves leading brands including AB InBev, Audi, Dicks Sporting Goods, HSBC, Marriott International, T-Mobile and Visa. 160over90 sits within Endeavor, the global entertainment, sports and content company.
160over90 is seeking an Associate Account Executive that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a client’s sports and entertainment related partnerships. The individual will support the entire team and report into the team’s Account Executive, based in Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
Support the Account Service Team for a large client in the telecommunications industry, which will include (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, research, and team organization, etc.
Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to internal teams, clients, partners and any other relevant parties involved in the partnership
Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives
Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports
Generate call agendas and notes as well as handle scheduling
Support team with research requests
Monitor sports and entertainment industry news and trends
An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
Agency experience or previous internship is a plus.
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
Time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pleasant, positive attitude.
Available for travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution
Ability to always maintain confidentiality
