Associate Brand Manager (International)

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Global Markets, you will manage the development and implementation of marketing strategies, P&L and performance oversight, and product innovation and growth plans outside of the US, Canada and Mexico for iconic Snack and Grocery brands including Duncan Hines, Slim Jim and Swiss Miss. You will work with business development, supply chain, research and innovation, regulatory and other partners to guide important programs and achieve results.

You Will:

  • Use multiple sources of data to evaluate business opportunities for growth and recommend solutions

  • Lead teams to develop brand projects including line extensions, brand restages, and local adaptation

  • Manage relationships with other internal Conagra brand teams, and partners around the world to ensure Global Markets priorities are achieved

  • Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop needed consumer learning plans and interpret results

  • Help with monthly business reviews and updates to senior leadership

  • Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and support yearly Joint Business Plans with business development and local distributors

  • Travel internationally as needed; average 3-4 trips per year

You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • 2+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods brand management

  • Strategic and analytic capabilities using data to support business strategy and decisions

  • Experience leading projects from start to finish and aligning the business leadership

  • P&L management experience

  • Experience working in an environment with a flexible process structure

  • Experience in International markets is helpful but not required
