Responsibilities:
Consulting Work (Client Facing)

Conduct compensation analysis and position benchmarking
-
Participate in client meetings as requested
-
Ensures that clients have competitive and cost effective compensation policies and practices.

Under the direction of the consultants, supports development, implementation, analysis and/or administration of the client's cash and non-cash compensation programs.
- In addition to completing day-to-day compensation tasks, incumbents are also to assist in proactively designing and delivering reward solutions and policies in line with the client's HR and business strategies
Client Relationship Management
-
Assist the Senior Leaders to maintain good client relationships and solve problems.

Participate in client conference calls to address specific client projects, questions or issues.

Support on key projects and may lead smaller projects
-
Participate in the plan design and implementation processes as appropriate;

Become familiar with client issues, client plans, and regulatory issues.

Develop subject matter expertise, share innovations, assist in more complex research and analytics.
Project Management
-
Work with the Senior Leaders to assure the delivery of high quality consulting services to clients.

Develop and manage strong relationships with peers and internal resources.

Meet with appropriate consultants & analysts to maintain an efficient flow of client & plan information.

Attend planning meetings to discuss project status and ensure the completion of client work within timelines.

Understand client expectations; offer ideas and suggestions during the planning meetings and throughout the various phases of the project, as appropriate.

Keep Senior Leaders abreast of each project’s status especially in the event they are unable to attend the planning meetings.
Productivity

Maintains acceptable billable hours ratio
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.
Preferred: 3 years Consulting/Compensation/HR experience
