Overview:
The HR Project Manager (HR PM) will be part of our divisional HR team and will partner closely with senior executives, functional teams and field leadership and staff to ensure on time delivery of HR projects and initiatives. The HR PM will also drive for reliable and high-quality HR service delivery and work to identify and implement process improvements as we grow and expand our organization.
This position can be entirely virtual/remote/work from home and you can sit anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Executes transition plans through defined phases/milestones.

Actively measures, monitors, and reports on project/transition activities, milestones, dependencies, status, KPIs, and issues/risks.

Creates and communicates report-outs and updates to project teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Partners with functional SMEs and cross-functional/divisional stakeholders to ensure on time, quality delivery of tasks, objectives and overall strategy

Manages several projects or merger integration efforts simultaneously of various size and complexity

Builds and maintains project plans and dashboards to keep all stakeholders aware of status of integration efforts

Ensures global consistency for the division or cross-division projects teams as permitted by individual country laws using internal and external resources
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, human resources, business, or related field
- Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources business processes and practices

5+ years of Project Management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects at the same time, or large projects with multiple work streams. PMP certification preferred.

Strong written and verbal communicator, experience communicating technical and business concepts to a global employee population using varied communication vehicles
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels within the organization as well as drive impact without direct authority.
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and consensus building skills
