Impact is hiring an Associate Creative Director for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!

The Associate Creative Director - Art will be ready to develop innovative campaign concepts and execution for clients while managing high-performing art and copy teams. You will be working with creative leadership on a range of clients from several verticals including finance, healthcare, and quick-service retail as well as contributing to creative ideation for new business pitches. Communication is a big part of the job, the Associate Creative Director at Impact Managed Marketing will contribute to evolving the quality of the creative work for their clients, aligning creative strategy with client goals while developing cross-functional partnerships with account and strategy teams. The Associate Creative Director – Art will be responsible for contributing to the professional development of their team members. Staying up to date on current trends, producing excellent work and going above and beyond will be key when moving towards recognition, promotion and career advancement.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to concept development and the unique design interpretations for and execute a full range of marketing solutions including: campaign concept development, brand identities, branded collateral, direct mail, retail displays and digital marketing campaigns
  • Think beyond design; understand our clients’ business strategy and conceptually brainstorm and develop new ideas to help set them apart
  • Continuously improve Creative methods, problem solving models, and best practices with creative leadership
  • Collaboratively lead the design and execution of a full range of communication tools aligned with the senior creative leadership’s vision
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate design and design decisions to tie them back to the clients business goals and objectives
  • Ability to work independently while aligning to existing brand guidelines, templated designs and/or creative direction
  • Lead by example and inspire those around you to elevate their craft and thinking
  • Be an influential player within multidisciplinary team of strategists, analysts, creative technologists, copywriters, and art directors
  • Act as creative support on several clients, managing your projects and seeing them through to final art
  • Properly package and translate final files for print and digital to go into production while following vendor guidelines closely
  • Manage deadlines and workload to ensure projects are delivered on-time and within the allotted budget

Things We Are Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in an Art Director role, preferably in a marketing agency environment
  • Fluent in full Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful integrated campaigns across various channels and platforms
  • Experience leading concept development for photo and video shoots
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire teams of different sizes and backgrounds
  • Expertise in branding, copywriting, graphic design, video production, and digital marketing, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • An inspiring portfolio showcasing your understanding of fundamental disciplines and principles such as color, composition, typography, photography and messaging usage across physical and digital mediums
  • Bring creative work that meets or exceeds client expectations, budget, and timelines
