Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. seeks an Associate in New York, NY to Support the origination, structuring, and execution of new issue Asset Backed Security (ABS) transactions. Requires a Master’s degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, or related quantitative field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience building cash flow models to monitor and valuate existing potential transaction opportunity. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience monitoring and reporting on cash flow modelling and scenario analysis; building and tying out cash flow models for different counterparties, running sensitivity and credit analysis, analyzing collateral pool and summarizing strats with Excel and VBA for ABS, and other asset backed transactions; drafting investment committee memos to seek approval for potential transactions; preparing slide decks for quarterly strategy meetings and fund raisings with PPT; and in executing duties, utilizing Tableau, Bloomberg Terminal, and DealVector.
