Support various Business Transformation projects including (but not limited to): system strategy and selection, process or finance improvement and optimization, operations performance improvement, change management, program or project management, data analytics, business analysis

Help organizations to identify, assess, and analyze business challenges and optimize their operating model within finance and accounting
- Implement compliance programs that seek to add long-term value to the organization in addition to meeting one-off regulatory requirements

Review clients’ current close documentation and engage the close team, define future state process, and advise on best practices for close management while contributing knowledge and best practices related business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close, etc.)
- Assess and escalate project issues, risks, or conflicts to leadership and suggest resolutions

Assist with integrations and identifying efficiencies between the client’s accounting systems and other tools

Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve complex issues

Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements (work plans, staffing, timelines, and budgets throughout all lifecycle phases, and maintain an integrated project plan)

Participate in marketing and business development efforts by developing new client relationships and expanding existing clients

9+ years of experience of professional services experience preferred

Experience advising commercial companies in one or more of the following areas: financial reporting, operational accounting, implementing new accounting policy, transactions, process optimization, finance transformation, change management, operations and performance improvement, system implementation and project management

Experience using and/or designing and configuring financial system modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Expenses)

Prior experience using one or more of the following tools: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau and SQL is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
