This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital media star to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands on the planet. Read on.As an Associate Director, you’ll be responsible for oversight of a team of traders and all campaign management activities they perform. You will be accountable for ensuring all retail/ commerce best practices are followed by your team and campaigns are set up, managed and operated according to strategic plans. You will also assist in final QA of campaigns prior to launch. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and working to implement improved processes with your team. You will be the representative for the Precision Capability with other account leaders and should be able to explain to internal/client leadership complex Commerce media concepts in an easily digestible manner.Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to bring your knowledge and hands-on self-serve expertise across Amazon’s programmatic offerings to a growing team, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and want to be a part of something truly unique that will have a lasting impact on some of the world’s biggest brands.Day to day your role includes:Directing and managing the daily workflow of commerce campaigns, including plan development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recapsInterfacing with media strategy teams to build strategic shopper- focused campaign plans, communicate recommendations, and identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashionServing as a true expert and educating internal precision teams on the Amazon DSP offerings, campaign setup and optimization strategiesSupporting in the development of the Commerce Media COE and spreading the Commerce Mindset throughout the entire AgencyAssuming accountability and ownership of campaign execution in platforms such as Amazon, Roundel, Walmart+, KPM for assigned client accountsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with commerce media partnersDeveloping and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementationsUnderstanding and effectively communicating our agency’s value proposition in the commerce space, as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accountsMonitoring and reporting on campaign performanceParticipating in forecasting exercises for senior managementEmbracing and encouraging a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity
