Team Overview


Annalect’s Marketing Intelligence team plays a critical role across Omnicom Media Group agencies, empowering our media teams and clients to make the most strategic decisions possible with their data. This is a team that immerses their new members into an environment of support, collaboration, and learning, allowing each person open access to channels of idea-sharing. The tenure and growth of the Marketing Intelligence team is evidence of their day-to-day culture of encouragement and celebration of each team member’s achievements.


Qualifications


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 6+ years of overall relevant experience
  • 4+ years experience at an integrated agency, marketing analytics, consulting, or technology firm preferred
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing technology (e.g. Data Management Platforms), ad-serving (e.g. Google DCM, Atlas) data sources, panel data sources (web click-stream, TV STB, 3P compilers online and offline, location providers, purchase co-ops/loyalty cards/credit and debit cards)
  • Experience working with multiple clients/agencies concurrently. Attention to detail and the ability to understand nuances in varied local markets.
  • A history of successfully positioning/selling new technologies/products to prospective clients



Responsibilities


Position Overview


As a member of the Inventory AI team, you will work with our clients, strategic industry partners and agency stakeholders to create new and innovative planning, measurement and optimization technologies that will drive measurable improvement of our clients’ outcomes. You will work with data science teams to understand the requirements for optimizing bid-able media performance, help drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities in data clean rooms, and identify/improve methods for measuring the incremental impact on our clients’ objectives that are driven by these solutions. You will help to monitor the campaigns on which these technologies are deployed, position these solutions to client teams to further adoption, and help improve the capabilities overall through collaboration and external partnerships. This role is an exciting combination of driving data strategy, advanced analytics, and cross functional partnerships across our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining requirements and driving strategy with client and programmatic teams (agency and external) to plan & execute new bid-able media optimization strategies
  • Developing go-to-market material and drive education workshop and series to help highlight, roll-out, and scale innovation solutions
  • Driving strategy with our tech partners directly about data/cleanroom specifications and capabilities, specifically to enhance measurement and activation analytics
  • Lead conversation with strategic data partners including ad servers, DSPs, measurement partners, and agency stakeholders to determine the right data assets to power these solutions
  • Help to develop measurement plans for quantifying the incremental impact on our clients’ objectives that are driven by our solutions.
  • Provide global data and analytic leadership and drive consistency across Marketing Intelligence and Data Science resources on key client accounts
  • Facilitate on-going communication between marketing intelligence, data science and activation analytics resources across markets and regions (knowledge sharing, consistency, innovation)
  • Drive thought leadership in the areas of measurement, optimization, and activation analytics

Compensation Range: $91,000 to $130,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, Benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependence Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
