Associate Director of Academic Scheduling and Space Management

Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Academic Business and Strategic Operations (ABSO), the Associate Director of Academic Scheduling and Space Management (AS&SM) will work collaboratively with staff across the division and campus to identify, analyze, design, and implement service operations with efficiency and quality improvements. The incumbent will be positive, enthusiastic and team oriented with a strong passion for continuous improvement and a desire to support AS&SM’s goals to drive continuous improvement across the unit. This position serves as the data custodian in tracking course enrollment patterns, course offerings, and space allocation and use along with managing the inventory of academic spaces to evaluate and maximize our ability for planning.
