What We Are Looking For

You are the leader of planning & inventory strategies for a digital-first intimate apparel company. Your main objective is to determine the proper investment levels across styles, sizes and sales channels in order to achieve sales and product margin targets. You are also responsible for aligning on cross-functional business plans and overseeing all product level forecasting and inventory budgets.

This is a fast-paced, incredibly dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment but can also establish efficient processes and is a wizard at analysis and identifying business patterns.

What You Will Own And How You Will Make A Difference

Who You Are

• Ability to analyze large data sets from various sources and make smart recommendations that drive the business forward
• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to different levels of management to drive action
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload

You Have

• Minimum 5 years of manager-level open-to-buy planning for an apparel or consumer product company; preferably in intimates or numeric-sizing category
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and retail; wholesale and other channels a plus
• At least 3 years of managing and developing a team
• Solid working knowledge of demand planning tools including enterprise (SAP, Oracle) or online
• Experience working cross functionally, including merchandise, production, FP&A and operations
• Experience communicating monthly results and analyses to executive management
