SUMMARY:

The Associate Director, Professional Marketing, will lead our integrated marketing campaign efforts to the Eye Care Professional (ECP) customer audience for Tyrvaya in Dry Eye Disease. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Professional Marketing, the candidate will play a significant role in the development and execution of field promotional pieces, targeted digital initiatives, and congress materials utilizing prior marketing experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Developing and rolling out ECP field promotional materials including but not limited to core visual aid, product brochure, rep-triggered emails, and objection handlers
  • Overseeing omnichannel marketing efforts focused on ECPs: Development of media plan, website, display ads, social posts, and print ads
  • Leading the development of congress content, including sponsorships, messaging, booth design and coordinating onsite materials and field training for virtual and in-person meetings
  • Coordinating field sales Brand Council to gather relevant feedback & communicating promotional strategy and tactics to field sales teams with clear call to action
  • Managing field sales materials ordering portal, materials inventory, and print production to support field sales execution
  • Serving as sales training liaison to ensure smooth onboarding of field sales representatives during new hire training
  • Facilitating ECP tactical planning in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Working cross-functionally with Consumer Marketing, Marketing Operations, Sales, Thought Leader Liaisons, Training, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance and will collaborate with other members of the organization as required
  • Partnering with agency team to prepare plans and timelines providing clear expectations, guidance, and feedback, ensuring excellent execution of key tactics and deliverables.
  • For all initiatives, whenever possible, establish ways to measure impact, report results, and adjust plans accordingly

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical marketing



Other Requirements:

Desired Experience:

  • Demonstrated success developing and executing for prescription pharmaceutical brands with the health care professional audience
  • Experience with sales and marketing in the ophthalmic pharmaceutical space or in Dry Eye Disease category a plus
  • Experience with effective strategies for digital marketing such as programmatic, third-party endemic and trade media partnerships, and social media

  • Ability to travel up to 30%

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $127,596 to $191,395.
