Associate Director, Technology Consulting
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Technology Consulting Thought Leadership
- Should have hands on experience of software development and architectural concepts
- Should be able to navigate various levels of tech discussions seamlessly
- Need to come with original thought papers on adoption of evolving tech concepts for the business
- Contribute to the growth of consulting revenue
2. Client Engagement and Delivery Management
- Ability to deal with the technology and business stakeholders of the clients as a thinking partner
- Should have the account management and client management skill sets and experience
- Strong delivery focus to make sure projects are completed within time and budget
- Open for short travels to US / UK / Europe for in person engagements
3. People Mentoring and Management
- Mentor and groom junior / senior developers and leads
- Create effective structures in the team for strong client oriented consulting delivery
Experience: 10 Years+
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA
Behavioural Competencies:
- Good Analytical skills and a quick learner.
- Excellent Communication skills (oral and written both).
- Ability to quickly understand and catch up on details with minimal information
- Ready to take full ownership and responsibilities of the assigned tasks.
- Professional experience working in a financial institution / interest in finance is a plus
