Associate Manager, Customer Service

In the role of Customer Service Associate Manager, you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! As a part of the great Kellogg community at our Global Business Services (GBS) location, you will lead the cross functional collaboration between the Customer Service, Sales teams, Distribution and Customer Supply Chain working to solve issues impacting Kellogg’s Customers.


Lead a team that monitors overall service indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the needed cross-functional partners to improve customer service levels. We play to win!


This role is Hybrid and located in Grand Rapids, MI.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


  • Leadership – Develops a strong team of leaders that delivers a strong customer experience even in the face of adversity by using each opportunity to deliver solutions.
  • Creating connections– You will work on developing strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels to identify trends, propose strategies, and resolve customer service issues. This includes Sales/Supply Chain VP’s, Directors, and other Senior Managers.
  • Customer Service – Promote a customer-centered culture serving as a consultant to internal/external customers, striving to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of experience in a related field. Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement
  • SAP Order Management and issue resolution experience is desired.
