Your role at Sephora... As our Associate Manager of Investigations, you will leverage your skill and experience to identify fraud and potential process errors with financial applications. This position requires extensive knowledge of multiple systems, associated financial processes, and risk profiles. You will be responsible for independent and objective investigations in omni-channel and financial applications. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investigative Analysis and Fraud, this position will have at least one direct report.

In addition, you will:

• Interact with the Risk Management team and cross-functional teams on special projects, ad-hoc investigations and legal requests.
• Ensure financial applications meet established controls through regular audit, testing and reporting
• Actively participate with internal teams to enhance existing systems and recommend features for new systems to mitigate risks
• Set priorities, allocate resources and assign projects to your direct report(s).
• Train others on investigative techniques, work effectively as part of a team and collaborate on complex investigations

We would love to hear from you if you have…

• 5 years of relevant work experience in digital fraud investigations, with a deep understanding of risk within the retail, e-commerce and/or payments industry
• Extensive knowledge of systems such as Paymentech, CyberSource, Fiserv, etc…
• Ability to create and interpret exception-based reports to detect fraud, misconduct, and financial risk
• Superior organizational time management, presentation, writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated effective communication with teams and stakeholders, escalating technical and managerial issues for effective conflict resolution

The annual base salary range for this position is $65,400.00 - $73,100.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
