Associate Manager, Invoice to Cash

The Associate Manager, Invoice to Cash is responsible for leading a high-performing team for the invoice to cash function. They will lead a team of revenue specialists whose main responsibility is over the deduction management process in resolving deduction timely and accurately, as well as collecting back monies owed to Danone for invalid deduction taken.

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field or equivalent preferred
• You have 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Finance roles in the consumer product goods (CPG), AFH and beverage, or dairy industry; exposure and positive interaction with Sales teams is required
• You achieve results effectively, and are high performance and process improvement oriented
• You develop and encourage cross-functional collaboration and effectiveness
• You ideally have knowledge of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint
• You ideally have prior finance and deduction management skills
• You have working knowledge of HighRadius or other credit to cash bolt-on software preferred
• You have an understanding of Trade systems e.g., xTel, CAS, TradePro
• You must possess solid analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
• You excel in both oral and written communication skills, able to tell stories with data
• You possess an nfluential ability to interact and communicate with all levels in a matrix organization
• You possess proactive continuous improvement and are able to implement change as required
• You are passionate for career growth in related business finance teams or functions at Danone
• You have a demonstrated ability to lead a team; capable of building a high performing team that fosters team spirit
• You have prior leadership experience
• You have solid interpersonal awareness; able to interact with all levels of management
• You ideally have project management skills

The base compensation range for this position is $70-78k commensurate with experience.
