OVERVIEW:

This position is dedicated and responsible for unlocking an impactful employee experience for new hires across the Digital and Technology, and Finance functions. This means looking holistically at the new hire experience to address a variety of different elements that are inclusive of streamlined communication and processes, design and facilitation of learning experiences, on-the-job support, connection and exposure opportunities and deep knowledge and empathy for the new hire population and hiring managers. This holistic approach to the new hire experience will build capability, fulfill our Brand Promise, and enable Belonging, Fast Contribution, Retention, and Engagement in the first year. It is aligned to our Global Talent Organization and works in-concert with Employee Experience, Functional Capability Development Teams, and functional business leaders.

The right candidate for this role will leverage strong process and project management, consulting agility, user-centered design, and facilitation to orchestrate and optimize the new hire experience for the Digital and Technology, and Finance groups while also supporting key areas of the enterprise new hire experience. The work you will lead and support in this role will provide you with a high level of cross-functional exposure and will accelerate your ability to navigate and influence across our organization. This role is uniquely positioned to deliver on a moment that matters for our employees through powerful learning experiences and moments to connect and feel who we are as a company.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Listen and build empathy for the new hire and hiring managers within these functions to develop an employee-centric new hire experience that enables them to build a sense of belonging and fast contribution in their first year.
  • Build and execute on new hire measurement and listening strategy and plan.
  • Lead orchestration and execution of new hire experiences across Digital & Technology and Finance to help employees get engaged, connected and up to speed more quickly.
  • Facilitate key new hire experiences virtually, in-person & hybrid.
  • Evolve new hire experiences based on consumer listening and business needs.
  • Act as a consultant for Function Learning Business Partners to share best practices to optimize employee experience for our new hire audience.
  • Manage projects and process orchestrating Subject Matter Experts and Function Learning Business Partners to activate plans that support the business and New Hire Experience initiatives.
  • Support and influence enterprise new hire experience project and process work to elevate and evolve the new hire experience for all to meet business and new hire needs.
  • Partner with Human Resources, Talent and Capability Development Teams and Functional Leadership Teams to deliver against Talent Strategy and Plan.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of capability building & development experiences
  • Experience consulting
  • Experience facilitating
  • Experience with user-centered design/consumer-first design
  • Experience with cross functional collaboration
  • Strong verbal & written communications


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working as part of a learning & development team or HR team
  • Experience with design thinking practices
  • Functional Experience in D&T or Finance
  • Able to work autonomously and influence partners without direct authority
  • Experience leading end-to end-experience design
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to influence across levels
