Responsible for:

Supports US HCP Digital Marketing with the development and execution of HCP digital strategy.

Supports team to implement a portfolio of digital marketing programs to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Ideates, oversees, and manages development and implementation of new HCP advertising campaigns throughout all digital channels from inception to delivery.

Leverages design, writing and editing skills to support making of copy and creative across paid and organic channels.

Creates posts for and maintains the organic content calendar.

Assists in preparation of creative briefs.

Creates and distributes actionable reporting to inform things such as whether digital spend is being used efficiently, which campaigns are performing the best, and where to use learnings from one channel to make improvements on others

Ensures timely MLR approval of promotional materials, including compliance with strategy/initiatives with external and internal regulations (e.g. Data privacy, compliance).

Helps to gather and compile digital competitive intelligence and to identify opportunities for new tools to enhance the learning and positioning of cross-functional input and support related to marketing initiatives and engagements.

Assists with ongoing data hygiene projects.
What we need from you:

Well-developed and proactive problem solving and strategic agility skills.

Strong project management skills and experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and audiences.

A demonstrated experience with digital marketing tactics, including content marketing, lead generation funnels, email marketing, etc.

Understanding of the marketing discipline as a whole to support the development and execution of strategies and tactics.

A demonstrated ability to work in, and build relationships in, a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A demonstrated ability to work in teams and also work autonomously.

A baseline understanding of, or willingness to learn about, the Healthcare landscape including HCP care pathways, funding and access mechanisms and regulatory approvals.

A baseline understanding of, or willingness to learn about, diabetes technology and diabetes disease states.

Demonstrated track record on delivering results and adhering to timelines.
Basic Qualifications Required:

Minimum B.Sc., B. Comm. or equivalent

Minimum of one year of experience in digital marketing to small-scale audiences.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working within Salesforce CRM

Requirements: Willingness to travel to various meetings or client sites, including overnight trips.

Some international travel may be required.
Prefered Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desired.

Experience with pharmaceutical or biotech industy is a plus.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $83,580.00 - $118,837.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
