The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is seeking an Associate Marketing Specialist responsible for assisting the Field Marketing team and partner closely with Sales to help create, accelerate, and close pipeline. This role is responsible for working closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager in helping a sales team meet or exceed demand generation targets by executing account-centric demand programs that complement audience-centric campaigns, industry events and always-on demand programs. This person will reside within the marketing organization and will report to the Director, Demand Marketing. If you're someone who thrives in a creative role, enjoys field marketing work and variety in your day and likes building strong collaborative working relationships towards helping and making a positive impact, you'll likely feel right at home in a role like this!
A Typical Day:
Provide support to the Field Marketing team with creative research and promotions across channels
Assist with strategic projects and initiatives supporting the Relationship Development team as well as Sales
Assist with the execution of account-based marketing programs jointly with sales including direct mail, digital, and outreach programs.
Assist with executing targeted virtual events
Execute and own regional field marketing events
Leverage our marketing tech stack to analyze and optimize the impact of marketing activities
Identify co-marketing opportunities with regional partners, influencers, industry experts and internal SMEs
Effectively communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here's What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Marketing, Project Management, or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
Solid Microsoft Office skills – Word, Power Point, Excel
Strong ability to learn new tools and systems such as Marketo, Salesforce.com, Hubspot, ON24, and PowerBI
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a professional and positive manner
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills
May require up to 15% of travel
It is highly encouraged that this person be in Austin or in the surrounding areas.
