As a settlement administrator, we are responsible for notifying potential class members, reviewing and processing claim forms filed by individuals and entities, calculating losses, auditing claims to determine the extent of the damages incurred and processing and distributing funds to eligible class members under the court’s direction. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Associate Media Manager is a junior member of the Notice Media Team. They will work with the team to assist in the development and implementation of effective client media campaigns.

The Associate Media Manager specific duties include:

• Pricing, implementation, and management of media campaigns.
• Monitoring and optimizing media campaign performance.
• Formatting and designing notice materials (print ads, online display ads, social media ads).
• Assisting with creative material proofing and trafficking.
• Collecting campaign metrics and proof of publication at the conclusion of each campaign.
• Assisting with media vendor invoice processing and accounting functions.
• Assisting with the preparation of exhibits for expert declaration.
• Collaborating with the team and clients to develop creative, out-of-the-box solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising or communication or two years of advertising agency or media experience.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Graphic/formatting skills, including experience with InDesign and Adobe Express (or Canva), Photoshop is a plus.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Responsive to emails and client requests.
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative writing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently and quickly.
• Team player.

The current salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000
