Associate, Functional Lead, Agency Operations

Overview:

Wavemaker is looking for an Associate to join the Agency Operations team. We sit at the core of driving operational effectiveness across the company. You will be working with senior leadership who are driving key business transformation and change management initiatives to streamline our ways of working as well as support our key stakeholders across the organization.

Core responsibilities:

• Platform Operations: learn to become an expert with the different agency systems (i.e., Media Planning, Buying, Billing, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Data Steward: support monthly business performance insights by running reporting & analyzing data
• Process Governance: help with the documentation and dissemination of standard best practices & business processes to agency teams
• Systems Management: responsible for managing permissions and access rights to key systems for Wavemaker
• Relationship Management: collaborate with both internal Wavemaker and GroupM stakeholders on key company-wide initiatives
• Project Management: work w/ and support the team on business-critical projects as needed

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years working in a customer or client service capacity a plus
• Interest and passion for the digital marketing space
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently when needed
• Problem solver and loves to creatively troubleshoot issues when they arise
• Familiarity in using Microsoft Office Suite a plus

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
