Evidation's Associate Program Manager, Program and Project Delivery, in the Research and Insights business unit is responsible for coordinating orchestration of Evidation studies and other customer-facing research projects. This includes working with external study sponsors and coordinating with internal team members throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure that contractual and relationship commitments to sponsors and stakeholders are fully realized. You will be expected to make use of interpersonal and project and program management skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and within budget.

This role requires several skills, including, but not limited to, cross-functional communications, coordinated problem solving, project management and team building. The individual who is successful in this role will blend a high aptitude with interpersonal, and project management skills. We are looking for individuals who excel in a team-oriented matrixed environment, and can plan, collaborate and coordinate to help drive a team to a desired outcome.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Evidation customer delivery projects including decentralized clinical research studies executed by cross-organizational teams with certain oversight from manager/senior manager colleagues
• Coordinate to deliver results for Evidation customer delivery projects through appropriate communications, contributing to implementation strategy development and project management:
  • Coordinate scope, study budgets, timelines;
  • Create project plans and manage milestones;
  • Contribute to risk management program for each project;
  • Support study team members in leadership roles including PI and/or Study Lead or Senior PM in taking initiative to bring out positive results.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery quality by identifying quality standards/requirements and monitoring delivery quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate problem solving in situations with ambiguity in order to ensure forward delivery progress in a timely manner.
• Coordinate the analysis and reporting of various operational aspects of projects to help drive decision making throughout the course of the program
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project communication, internally and externally.
• Work with internal leadership as they liaise with sponsors to staff and support external facing program committee activities
• Develop relationships across internal teams in order to more quickly, and effectively resolve issues, or mitigate risks, that may come up during delivery
• Recognize when issues need to be escalated to senior management in a timely manner, and work with senior management to propose and action resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads (technical, product, etc.) and other stakeholders to ensure that delivery is properly coordinated across internal delivery teams.
• Monitor progress against the program SOW and prepare/present program and/or sub-team information proactively to stakeholders (internally and externally)
• Coordinate Team activities including appropriate resourcing of staff, staff assignments, quality control and the quality of program/project deliverables

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

• BA/BS
• At least 2 years of direct experience in a clinical research role. Desired past employers include: biopharma; CRO; SRO; IRO; investigative site; digital health/ health IT / clinical technology company
• At least 1 years where responsibilities included project coordination experience in healthcare or research setting
• Understands project management concepts
• Experience working in client-facing roles
• Experience interfacing with various customer stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships with matrixed teams for project planning and delivery activities
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Team player Experience supporting new process development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Clinical research experience strongly preferred
• Experience with pharmaceutical, digital health, or healthcare projects/programs
• Start-up experience with companies or large research programs
• Experience supporting clinical research programs
• Program management and/or project management certifications/ training
