Ingredion is hiring a Sr. Manager, Order to Cash at our Tulsa’s Shared Services Center (SSC) – a great opportunity to a Fortune 500 company, where you will be an integral part of building the company’s finance operations team, supporting, and developing staff.
The processes you’d be responsible for include cash applications, collections, and other period end close processing. The role will also be responsible to coordinate and integrate on other end to end processes within the Order to Cash (OTC) process, including contract & pricing, customer service & order management, and risk assessments.
As Sr. Manager, you will lead and motivate the teams, create and manage OLAs, KPIs, and SLAs; ensure timely submissions of reports and continuous improvement of processes, manage successful and timely delivery of all service responsibilities and absorb new work from new scope coming into the business via acquisitions into operations to deliver high quality/low cost services to the organization.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the team to complete all OTC activities with above scope on time and on budget

Work closely with global process owners and ensure all financial accounting activities of OTC process are being standardized across the process, executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls while meeting expected target levels

Develop and manage to expected business case model

Manage an OTC team toward meeting and achieving targeted Service Level Agreements

Understand and manage key OTC metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Working Capital, Collector Effectiveness Index (CEI) and AR Aging

Hold self and team accountable for delivering results, and driving the continuous improvement of finance activities; collaborating across business, functions, and enterprises

Identify, develop and coach direct reports to ensure we have high performing teams

Qualified candidates will have:
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other business degree, MBA a strong positive
-
8+ years of significant experience in Collections, Risk Management, Order Management, and Contract & Pricing within a multinational environment and ideally public companies

Demonstrated managerial experience leading a large team of financial professionals

Demonstrated experience of OTC apps, and ideally SAP and TermSync
-
Strong executive presence and technical accounting background

Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with Senior Management

Must be able to analyze financial results and assess financial/strategic impacts of business decisions

Sound understanding of order release, bad debt, internal controls and business risk management

Strong computer skills, with knowledge in the use of MS Office programs

Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information in a clear, focused, and concise manner

Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple projects simultaneously

Availability to travel on ad hoc basis (aprox. 2 times per year only).
