Product Solutions Engineer

Assured is on a mission to modernize insurance. Claims processing (i.e. should we pay this claim?), while often overlooked, is the foundation of the entire industry. It’s currently highly manual, involving phone calls, faxes, and gut instinct—costing tens of billions of dollars a year. We can do better.

We are looking for a skilled Product Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our product engineering team, client engagement team and clients. This role is integral to delivering a seamless customer experience by providing technical expertise, supporting product customization, and ensuring successful implementation of our solutions. As a Product Solutions Engineer, you’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, configure solutions to meet their needs, and work alongside internal teams to improve the overall product offering based on customer input.

You will….

🛠️ Work directly with clients to design, configure, and implement product solutions tailored to their business requirements.

🧰 Provide in-depth technical support to clients during and after implementation, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through complex configurations.

🤝 Act as a liaison between clients and internal product/engineering teams, sharing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to the product.

🔍 Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs, providing recommendations on the best solutions.

📚 Develop a deep understanding of our product’s features, configurations, and customizations to effectively advise clients and assist with integration.

You have….

👩‍💻Experience as a software engineer in a fast growing, start-up environment, preferably in a SaaS or B2B software environment.

💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Typescript, React and Node and familiarity with APIs.

🧠  Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

🗣️Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.

👥 Demonstrated commitment to delivering a positive customer experience and building productive client relationships.

📅 Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
